With a distinguished career spanning 30 years as a criminal justice professional, Mr. Rouse has conducted hundreds of interviews and interrogations both domestically and internationally, earning a reputation as a closer with a proven track record of success that has led to numerous successful prosecutions.  Mr. Rouse, a retired law enforcement officer, trained interrogator, and counterintelligence special agent, has honed and specialized his skills in human trafficking investigations, war crimes investigations, crimes against persons and property, criminal intelligence operations, and lie detection.
Mr. Rouse has worked alongside the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, and several other governmental and non-governmental agencies making a lasting impact in the field of national security, and is recognized nationally as an advanced skilled CVSA examiner.
Mr. Rouse also worked along side  the United Nations International Police Task Force as an investigator with years of experience in conducting complex investigations utilizing his lie detection, interrogation and interviewing expertise to positively impact the lives of trafficked women and children, as well as the families of war crime victims. 
Mr. Rouse has  ample and extensive investigative, interrogation and interviewing experience making him a positive source for credible truth assessments.
