With 30 years of experience in criminal justice, Mr. Rouse has conducted hundreds of interviews and interrogations, both in the U.S. and abroad. He’s earned a reputation as a closer, with a strong record of leading investigations to successful prosecutions. A retired law enforcement officer, trained interrogator, and counterintelligence special agent, Mr. Rouse has specialized skills in investigating human trafficking, war crimes, crimes against persons and property, criminal intelligence operations, and lie detection.

Mr. Rouse has collaborated with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, and other government and non-government organizations, leaving a lasting impact on national security. He is also nationally recognized as an advanced CVSA (Computer Voice Stress Analysis) examiner.

His work with the United Nations International Police Task Force as an investigator involved handling complex cases, where he used his expertise in lie detection, interrogation, and interviewing. His efforts positively affected the lives of trafficked women and children and the families of war crime victims.

Mr. Rouse’s extensive experience in investigations, interrogations, and interviews makes him a credible source for truth assessments.
